1. Who We Are

Feeling of Life (www.feeling-of-life.com) is the official music catalogue of Andrii Stadnik. The data controller is Andrii Stadnik, reachable at [email protected].

2. Data We Collect

You can browse the catalogue, read song stories and play free tracks without an account. We collect nothing but anonymous usage statistics in that case.

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our payment provider and merchant of record.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Email: to manage your account and subscription
• Session token: to keep you logged in (stored in a secure httpOnly cookie, expires in 30 days)
• Usage statistics: to understand which albums people listen to

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) within the European Union data region. Session tokens are stored in Cloudflare KV.

5. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies and similar storage:

• Strictly necessary — one httpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is set only after you log in and cannot be switched off, because without it the site cannot tell who you are.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to count visits and see which pages are read.
• Advertising — set by Google and its partners when advertising is enabled (see section 6).

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your consent. Until you answer the consent banner, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored on your device.

6. Advertising

This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Where that is the case:

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You may opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices and, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, may use non-personalised advertising if you decline consent. Non-personalised ads still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting and fraud prevention.

Subscribers do not see advertising. While your subscription is active, no advertising blocks are shown on the site.

7. Changing or Withdrawing Consent

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown a consent banner on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Privacy settings / Manage options control that the banner leaves available, or by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
